
Wild Arizona, in partnership with the Coronado National Forest’s Douglas Ranger District, will soon be announcing its six-week summer residential Youth Conservation Corps program for 2026. We will be seeking high school students who enjoy the outdoors, are interested in conservation and are curious in learning about careers in the Forest Service.
Crew Members
If you enjoy the outdoors, are interested in conservation, and would like to get paid to work, camp and backpack in remote areas of the Chiricahua Mountains of southeast Arizona. The application period is not open yet, please check back in January, 2026.

Assistant Crew Leaders
If you are a YCC and High School graduate interested a leadership role, please apply. You will help supervise, work alongside, and lead the YCC field crew, as part of a leadership team that includes professional Wild Stew Field Crew members. Applications will be due by March 1, 2026.
